The Mychef Cook PRO oven is ideally suited for an operation creating 35-90 meals per day. The Mychef Pro comes complete with built in MyCare self clean system which can be used in conjunction with the oven ultra-fast cool down mode. Dimensions 760W x 710D x 615H (mm). 2 fan speeds and bi-directional turbines for even cooking. Steam out mode allows remvoval of humidty when required. LED display and LED oven chamber lighting. Convection cooking mode from 30°C to 300°C. Steam cooking mode from 30°C to 130°C. Mixed cooking mode from 30°C to 300°C. Power requirement, 6.3kW, Single or 3 phase.
