Everlasting Baking Cab Retarder Prover 20 Tray, single glass door, 30kg/480 litres dough capacity, upright reach in cabinet. Designed to hold 600 x 400 (mm) trays/boxes/shelves on 20 x adjustable stainless steel ‘L’ shaped supports, this cabinet is fitted with top mounted energy efficient R290 refrigeration system. Provided with 7” TFT touch screen graphic display panel and integral boiler to control humidity between 55-95% and temperature -10⁰C to +40⁰C through manual or automatic cooling and heating functions. Supplied on castors with internal light, and door lock.
