Cook and prepare chips and other fast foods with the Roller Grill RFE16C Single Fryer, a comprehensive frying unit that uses individual heating elements to provide ideal cooking settings for separate foods and cut down on wasted energy. Using any or all of the three heating elements, you can select the power level you want, be it for holding oil temperature, or cooking fresh and frozen food. Compatible with both a single whole or two half baskets, the control box and filter cover of the fryer can both be removed for ease of cleaning. The holding temperature setting on the device combined with efficient "mini-maxi" insulation to extend the life of each oil batch.
