The Combo H6+H6 is a trolley with stacked cabinets for hot holding allowing you to efficiently distribute food at the perfect temperature with a capacity of 12xGN 2/1 or 32xGN 1/1. Convection heating is standard and offers fast and uniform heating with infinitely variable temperature control up to 90C via a digital display. The doors are opened at an 270° angle and is fixed in an open position by a magnet. The door sensor will turn the convection heating fan off when the door is opened, thus reducing energy consumption. Fitted with ergonomic push/pull handles on the back of the box ensuring easy and safe operation with 2 fixed & 2 swivel casters with brakes & excenter type door handle.
