Manufacturers Two Years Parts and Labour Warranty The H40 is an insulated hot box where you can easily & conveniently hold and transport a combi oven rack from a Rational 202 iClassic or iPro Combi and is equipped with convection heating with infinitely variable settings up to 90C. This in combination with the humidifier and adjustable door ventilation allows for full temperature control and perfect food quality. The door is opened at an 270° angle and is fixed in an open position by a magnet, it has ergonomic recessed push pull handles in the back & big castors for easy movement(2 with brakes). The oven rack trolley is not included. Power Requirement: 220V-240V/1 phase/1.8Kw

After cooking food in a combi oven, simply roll the rack directly into the Banquet Master.
